Arron Neal is a communications strategist, writer, and speaker based in Montreal.

Arron partners with organizations across North America to inspire world-changing action focused on healthy kids, strong families, and resilient communities. More than two decades of experience as an agency leader, in-house practitioner, and independent consultant inform her work as a trusted advisor to social impact-driven organizations, communications teams, and executive-level change-makers.

Her consulting practice helps organizations align their messaging with their mission to meaningfully amplify impact. Her core services include facilitating leadership teams and community collaborations with heart and humanity, crafting clear and compelling narratives that translate big ideas into practical insight, and guiding communications initiatives from strategy through launch.

Arron extends her work to drive cultural and social change through her newsletter and monthly opinion column for the Montreal Gazette. Blending personal storytelling with cultural critique and political insight, her column explores how policies and power structures shape everyday family life — particularly for working parents navigating an increasingly complex world.

Recent column topics have included voter participation, health care, cultural representation, work-life balance, community resilience, trade policy, diversity, equity and inclusion, and housing.

Her writing has sparked ongoing dialogue, leading to invitations to discuss her columns on CBC Radio Noon Quebec, CJAD 800 AM, Where Parents Talk TV, and other digital platforms.

Arron is an American expat raising two bilingual preteens in Quebec. She brings a cross-border perspective to her work shaped by 44 years of lived experience across Montreal, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C. and Maryland.

As a speaker, Arron brings creative storytelling, leadership expertise, and lived experience into conversation. Through fireside chats, panels, or keynote talks, she uses humour and heart to shed new light on everyday challenges that resonate with working professionals and parents.

Whether on stage, on the page, or behind the scenes, Arron’s work is grounded in the belief that small movements can shift entire systems — and that the right message, shared at the right time, can change hearts and minds.

Arron is a member of the Quebec Writers’ Federation and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Hermandad de Sigma Iota Alpha, Incorporada.

If you’re ready to grow your message, share your mission, or shift perspectives, I’d be honoured to collaborate.
